Half-day "Kick-Start" Session
Getting straight to business, we'll review where you are now and begin the process of identifying the main barriers to growth.
We will then start to draw a picture of where you want to be by focusing on your vision of the future – that’s your personal vision as well as your business vision.
Then it's time to introduce the BusinessForward programme and you'll see just how this powerful system will act as a driving force for growth for your business.
We'll get the pot boiling straight away by agreeing some initial tasks and targets including helping you to find time to commit to growing your business.
3 x 2 Hour BusinessForward sessions
These would normally take place 3, 6 and 9 months after the "Kick-Start" session and would be diarised in that initial meeting.
We'll begin each session by reviewing progress since the last meeting and then move on to resolving problems, developing a clear action plan with target and "signpost" dates agreed.
A keen control process will ensure your business stays on-track and we’ll show you how you can continually measure the progress you’re making as you go along.
We will also work with you to identify the activities in your business that are critical to achieving your goals. We then help you to focus on the "Key Success Factors" and show you how to work smarter rather than harder.
